On-Site Services & Rates

Currently I provide service calls any time, within reason. I pride myself on my high quality of service and reasonable rates. Rates are officially $25 per quarter hour with a minimum charge of $50. I also provide discounted rates for not-for-profits and religious organizations.
Fees may be imposed for emergency service. Normal service times are 9am to 7:30pm.

Virus and Spyware removal:

60 - 115 minutes

New system setup:

75 minutes

Network setup
(Router config, internet, file, and printer sharing):

60 - 120 minutes

New data lines:

30 - 75 minutes

New Flat Max Rates:

New flat max rates. Any labor on a single computer is $145 max, on two computers is $225 max. One half day is $300 max, and for a full day is $550 max. If you do not want me to fix your computer after the diagnosis, a $50 fee may be imposed.
